Derian & Pao

Derian — Lead Instructor, Salsa & Bachata Born and trained on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, Derian has taught Latin dance to more than 2,000 students. His method is simple: strong technique, warm energy, and a step-by-step approach that makes every beginner feel like they belong on the dance floor.

Pao — Colombian-born, world-traveled, and the reason Zero to Dance exists.
She's danced through Colombia, Italy, Brazil, Hong Kong and everywhere in between. Before building this platform, she coordinated executive education programs at one of Europe's top business schools — so she knows exactly how adults learn. And she knows exactly what it feels like to want to dance and not know where to start. With the right teacher, anyone can learn. She's proof.
